Using the service

Ripple.convert provides browser-based file conversion and optional temporary file sharing. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the files you convert, upload, download, or share.

Your files and permissions

You keep ownership of your files. You grant us and our service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, and process a file only as needed to provide a feature you request, such as creating a temporary share link. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use each file with the service.

Acceptable use

You must not use Ripple.convert to:

• violate laws or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
• upload malware, harmful code, or illegal or abusive material;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the service's security or usage limits; or
• use automated means to access the service in a way that harms the service or other users.

Temporary links and availability

Share links are temporary and are intended to expire after one hour. Do not rely on Ripple.convert as a file-storage or backup service. We may change limits, suspend features, remove content, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Beta service and disclaimers

Ripple.convert is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should keep a backup of every original file and verify converted output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripple.convert and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of files, data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the service or others.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a new revision date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
